Q : How do we pay for the airport taxi or transfer ?
A : We can accept payment by credit card or cash in € Euros to the driver
Q : How do we make a booking ?
A : Please complete the Booking Form, and you will receive a confirmation in 48 hours
Q : Where will be picked up ?
A : - For the airport taxi service, all flights arrive at Terminal 3. Your driver will be waiting for you with your name on a signboard
- For the guided tours, you will be collected from the collection point nearest to your holiday accommodation
Q : Are you properly insured ?
A : Yes, all our vehicles are fully licenced and are covered with full passenger & third party liability
Q : What happens if our flight is delayed ?
A : All inbound and outbound flights are monitored for you. Don´t worry if you are arriving late, as we will already know. If your outbound flight is delayed, you will be notified and collected and delivered to the airport at the correct time. There is no extra charge for this service.
Q : Can you safely carry young children and infants ?
A : Yes, of course. Please request baby seats and boosters at the time of your booking.
Q : We are travelling with heavy luggage, can you help ?
A : Yes, we will help you with your luggage and carry it to the vehicle.
Q : Can you carry oversized luggage, e.g. skis or golf clubs ?
A : Yes, of course. We also have a towing trailer that we can hitch up to the minibus. Please let us know in advance and we will have this ready for you on the day at no extra charge.
